ACEDATAWORKS LLC ("ACE," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website acedataworks.com (the "Site") and provides data-consulting services. 2. Information We Collect

(a) Information you provide to us

Account information — when you create an account: your username and email address. Your password is stored only as a salted, one-way hash; we never store it in readable form.

Consultation and contact requests — when you submit our contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the contents of your message.

Purchases — when you buy a paid service, we record the service purchased, the amount, and the date and time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full payment-card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are not collected or stored by us; we receive only limited confirmation details (such as your email and the fact that payment succeeded).

(b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting and server logs may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

Cookies. We use only essential cookies required to operate the Site: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security (CSRF) cookie that helps protect form submissions. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, the Site may not function correctly if you block them in your browser.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

(a) provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;

(b) create and manage your account and authenticate you;

(c) process purchases and send receipts and confirmations;

We share personal information only as described here. We engage trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us:

(a) Stripe — payment processing;

(b) Render — application hosting;

(c) Neon — database hosting;

(d) Hostinger — email delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of ACE or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit and one-way hashing of account passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Users

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California (CCPA/CPRA)

In the past 12 months we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, username, and IP address), commercial information (purchase records), and internet/network activity (usage and log data). California residents have the right to know/access, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
